Overview
This five-day course will provide you with a thorough understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), programme management methodology. Enabling you to confidently use MSP to manage programmes in many different types of organisation.
Pre-Requisites
You should ideally have experience of managing or working in programmes prior to attending but it is by no means mandatory
Delivery Method:
Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

The course covers what is a programme in MSP terms and the MSP principles that cover governance, processes and transactional flows.

The Course fee includes: – MSP manual (2011 edition), registration, MSP examinations lunch and other refreshments.
Exams & Certification
Pass marks for the MSP examinations are as follows:
Foundation: The MSP Foundation exam is one hour long and consists of 75 multiple choice questions The pass mark is 50%. This is a closed-book examination.
Practitioner: The MSP Practitioner Exam is 2.5 hours long and consists of 8 questions worth a total of 80 marks. The pass mark is 50%
NB you must have passed MSP foundation to sit the practioner exam.
